Exfoliate. Summer means an increase of dead skin cells so it is important to exfolitate your skin to keep it smooth and silky. You dont need expensive chemical laden skin products. Simply use a loofer for a light scrub or make your own olive and and a little rock salt.
Keep an eye on your excercise regime. Before you hide those running shoes, remember summer excercise doesnt have to stop because of rising temperatures. Take your work out outside or excercise earlier in the morning or evening.
Protect your glossy locks. Constant heat and chlorine takes a toll on your hair and can leave it feeling limp and dull after holidays. Try towel drying your hair instead of using hair dryers and tongs.
Eating healthy. When packing your cooler box for the beach or picnic, fill it with healthy snacks ,vegetable sticks and juices. Bottled water and endless amounts of fruit and salads with delicious dressings. Have Fun
